Some folks are

pretty good at worrying —

others are not.

It is a gift which

if considerably employed

can demolish a human spirit.

Other folks

have been given less

of that kind of DNA

and  worry only now and then.

They have not

made an art of worrying.

I find that

I’m pretty good at it

but only once in awhile.

I’ve not honed

this particular skill

to perfection.

Were I faced

with the realities

that some folks face

I might get

much better at it.
